William Salsbury was born in 1841 and, on April 25th 1861, enlisted as Private in Company C, 28th NY. He served with the regiment for two years and was mustered out with the regiment on June 2nd 1863. | ||||||||||||||
He died on 25th February 1885 and is buried at the Bath National Cemetery in Bath, Steuben County, NY. | ||||||||||||||
