Mr. Papworth enlisted as Private in Company C, 28th NY on September 4, 1862, mustered into the regiment on September 10, 1862 and joined the company on October 30, 1862. He was discharged for disability on December 18, 1862 at Philadelphia, Pa. | ||||||||||||||
