Franklin O McKinney | ||||||||||||||
Franklin McKinney enlisted as Private of Company K, 28th New York in May 1861. He was captured at Cedar Mountain on August 9th 1862 and was paroled at Richmond, Va on September 7th 1862. He rejoined the regiment and was mustered out on June 3rd, 1863. | ||||||||||||||
Mr. McKinney is buried at Cold Springs Cemetery in Lockport, Niagara County, New York. | ||||||||||||||
