Charles H Perkins enlisted as Private in Company F, 28th NY in May 1861. He was wounded at the Battle of Cedar Mountain on August 9th, 1862. He was subsequently discharged for wounds on December 22nd 1862 at Alexandria, Va. | ||||||||||||||
