Born in 1840, Homer Hubbard enlisted as Private with Company E, 28th New York, on May 14th 1861. However, his time with the regiment was short as he was discharged for disability at Berlin, Md. on August 22nd 1861. | ||||||||||||||
He died on July 21st 1918 at the Veterans Home in Bath and is buried in the Bath National Cemetery at Bath, Steuben County, NY. | ||||||||||||||
Mr. Hubbard is buried in Section J, Row 15, Site 13. His grave marker reads: | ||||||||||||||
