William Field enlisted as a Private in Company A, 28th NY on 26th August 1862. He was discharged, for unknown reasons, on March 13th 1863 at Stafford Court House, Va., by order of the Secretary of War. | ||||||||||||||
Mr. Field is buried at Cold Springs Cemetery along with his Wife and possibly his Daughter in Law. | ||||||||||||||
His marker stone reads as follows: | ||||||||||||||
